School Uniform

The well-recognised St. Colman’s College uniform brings with it a reputation for educational excellence.

We encourage pupils to wear their school uniform with pride, especially on the journey to and from school, and outside school grounds.

School Uniform Requirements

All pupils are required to wear the full uniform each day at Violet Hill:

  • A single-breasted blue St. Colman’s College blazer
  • A St. Colman’s College school tie (junior or senior)
  • Plain long-sleeved blue shirt, buttoned to the neck
  • Plain light grey trousers
  • Plain grey v-neck pullover jumper (crested version optional)
  • Grey socks
  • Plain, flat black shoes

All regulation PE uniform should be purchased from O’Neills.

PE Uniform

O’Neills is the supplier of all St. Colman’s sportswear, including team jerseys, sweatshirts, half-zips, shorts and tracksuit bottoms.

Note, PE sweatshirts are not part of the official school uniform.

Uniform Support Scheme

Each year, we aim to run a Uniform Support Scheme, with a stock of uniform items that have been donated to the school in good condition.

If you wish to avail of this scheme, please email Mr Franklin (kfranklin940@c2ken.net) or Mrs J McGrath (jmcgrath229@c2ken.net).

If you wish to donate any items (particularly blazers, trousers and PE kit), items can be left with the school reception.
