Learning Support

Acting as an additional level of pastoral care, our Learning Support team allows us to empower each pupil to be the best they can be.

At St. Colman’s, we want to make sure all pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) are supported, with the right policies and practice in place, as guided by our Learning Support Co-ordinator (SENCo) and team of Classroom Assistants.

All pupils on the SEN register are monitored to ensure their educational needs are being met, with teaching staff helping to development their individual learning plans and targets.
